Love in a puff

With its beautiful miniature white flowers and whimsical green lanterns, Love in a Puff is a fanciful vine to add to your garden.

Annual Vine

To grow: Knick seed gently, and soak in water overnight. Sow seeds 1 inch below the soil’s surface. Ensure soil is moist until germination occurs, then water as needed. Provide a surface for the vine to climb up (string works wonderfully if you don’t have a trellis).

Location: Full Sun

Height: 6-10 feet tall. Don’t be shy to give the vine a haircut if it climbs higher than desired.

Plant spacing: 6-12 inches

Days to maturity: 120 days.

You may start inside and transplant outside after all threat of frost has passed or direct sow into the garden after all threat of frost has passed.
