Wholesale

How it works…

This website will be a place for you to ORDER flowers. We will then invoice you and payment can be made by e-transfer. Please add “floraborealisflowers@gmail.com” to your bank’s e-transfer list.

1) Sign in to the “Wholesale Login” at the top of our home page.

2) Shop the items featured. Hover over a picture to find out it’s name, colour, stem count and price. Add items to your cart by clicking on the picture and then choosing your quantities. If an item is sold out, it will have a “sold out” tag on the picture.

3) Complete your order by clicking “Purchase” at checkout. Your total will be $0.00 at checkout. Our apologies for how much info our website requests to complete your purchase…..it is set up to collect info from our retail customers and we are unable to change this. We’re having troubles with our website requiring a “delivery address” even though we haven’t made this a mandatory piece of info. We’ll work to remove this.

4) We’ll invoice you (via email) for the total amount. Note that HST will be added to the prices listed. Please pay your invoice promptly.

5) Let’s keep an open line of communication. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us via text at 416-451-8930. Please identify yourself in your first text. Example: “Hi, this is Andrea from Flora Borealis Flower Farm”. I'll admit, I’m not much of a phone person, so texting is the very best way to get in touch. If we need to continue our conversation over the phone that is fine by me.

6) Note that we do not use any chemicals in our water. All flowers are cut into plain water. If you wish to use holding solutions or conditioning solutions, please be sure to make that switch when you get back to your shop/studio.

7) Pick ups will be on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30am to 11am. If you need an earlier pick up time please text me to arrange (416-451-8930).

8) Please bring your own buckets whenever possible and return buckets that you have borrowed. This is much appreciated!!

Our Location: 21 Barnabas Street, Lynden, Ontario

(if your GPS gives you any trouble then swap out Lynden for “Hamilton” and that will get you where you need to go).
